What time do you think it is on this watch?

I got this advertisement from a ForbesLife Magazine. I’m also getting Forbes for free and occasionally it has other supplements.  The watch is an “urwerk” and it seems that this watch is nearly $95,000.  Check out the site "luxurywatch" where it is listed for 108 000 CHF. (I'm not vouching for the website...)
